the worst thing that can happen is to plugin the cable twsited onto the connector, as you could maybe destory your board. For that reason you'll find tiny pin-numbers (see the pin-numbers in the previous Part) next to the IDC-10 Connector on the board.

To ensure, never plugging the serial cable twisted to the zoom, I put some Tipp-Ex to the IDC-10 Connector and scratched the pin-numbers into. Actually writing the numbers onto the Tipp-Ex instead of scratching them in would have been the better idea
