right now I am developing a 3d game with some mates, but I got massive problems with the menus.

The "Option Menu" is not the best one for the menus I have got in my mind, because I can't place there some "select fields" for color selecetion and other stuff like this.
The look of the "Context Menu" is perfect, exactly what I want, but it does not appear on the display till you click long on something (I just saw examples with "Lists", does it have to be a List?)
Can you tell me, which menu i should choose? Is there any alternative? Building the menu from the sketch on all by yourself is sure quite hard, isn't it?
Here are some ascpects I need in my menu:
- by starting the game/app first thing the user sees is the menu
the user is able to choose one of many (12 - unlimeted) colors in the menu
the menu has got a title
save possibility (like in the picture a button on bottom, or on exit of menu in an appearing popup-menu)
