Wake-up phone from screen lock

Postby daliz » Sat Jan 23, 2010 9:21 pm

Hello,

I'd like to learn how to make an application able to react to some events and turn on the screen showing an activity.

Think about a sort of "alarm" or notification. At a certain time the application should get the attention of the user lighting up the screen and showing, for example, a totally red screen.

Is it possible or is it going against the android "policy of screen-locking"?

Thank you.
