Using touch screen how to I draw line

I want to draw straight line using touch screen in android
(which interface I should use, which event to register and the event handling method I should use)
code will be definitely be helpful.

I want to have the best game ever developed on my android with SLI support, Multithreading and OpenGL 4.2 support.
Code would be great!
