please tell me how can i do the following thing:


---i want to display the contents of xml file in textview and after this if user change the content(for ex: it can change a word from small letters to capital letters)
now how i can update the xml file with changes made into the content

Is it not possible just to read the XML file in, display it, allow the user to make whatever changes & then completely replace the file with the updated data?
I'm not up to speed on the Java for creating & updating files yet but there must be a way to replace an existing file rather than opening it and adding/removing from it.
