Subfoldering the layout folder

Postby blundell » Tue Nov 18, 2008 4:56 pm

I'm trying to create subfolders in the layout folder to organsie my xml files a bit better. Is this possible? everytime I do it I get comp errors.

i.e. I used to have /layout/addevent.xml

therefore
Code: Select all
setContentView(R.layout.addevent);

would work.

However now I have /layout/events/addevent.xml

and
Code: Select all
setContentView(R.layout.events.addevent);
won't work.

Am I doing it wrong? or isnt it possible?
