Problem with Layout

Hello!I have some application and I have problem: I need template for layout(top elements 1-2, center elements(1-10), bottom elements)!My center element works not correctly! If I have in center TextView all is OK,but if I have several elements or some button,or some radiobuttons, my bottom elements drag up to center elements!
Question: what layout I need,and how build scroll in center container?
Please Help!!! :cry:
