Lock Screen

Postby jason.kahler » Wed Nov 25, 2009 3:53 pm

Not really sure if I posted in the right area, But I have a general question. I saw an app that let a user click an Icon on the lock screen to get at a particular app, WITHOUT entering the PASSWORD but could only get into that one app then back to lock screen. I want to write a similar app for a lost phone type of thing. someone finds your phone, and clicks on the whos phone is this icon and gets an activity launced with contact and return info.

What APIs allow for this? Any examples anywhere?
