You know the times when you install software, and the 1st thing you get (on the Android) is this legal disclaimer in a small kind of window that you scroll down and read.

How exactly does one produce that? What is the method/class/widget? etc?

I'd like to produce a legal disclaimer that is very smart with an "ACCEPT" or "REJECT" button at the end.
