Learn 10 things about iTunes store videos/movies/drm files

All right, it's about iTunes video purchase and it's for new hands.

1. Price.
Movies in iTunes store typically range from $14.99 for new releases to $9.99 for most other movies. The price is much higher than iTunes video rental, which gives you 30 days from the time of rental to watch movie.

2. Movie Quality.
iTunes store sells both 640x480 for standard definition 4:3 video and 1280x720 for high-definition 16:9 video. A 2-hour movie takes up about 1.5 GB in average.

3. Download iTunes movie purchase.
Depending on connection speeds, a standard movie could take anywhere between 20 minutes and 3 hours to download.

4. Play iTunes movie purchase on PC/Mac.
It requires iTunes or QuickTime player to play the movies purchased from iTunes. Other media players will not work, unless you make them DRM-free.

5. Watch iTunes movie on HDTV.
There are two ways that let you watch the iTunes movie purchase on HDTV.
a. use Apple TV to view movies from iTunes movie library on your networked computer.

b. connect your computer to your TV via audio and video cables.

6. Bring iTunes movie along.
If you have an iPad, iPhone, or iPod, you can sync the iTunes movie purchase to the device and take the movies to anywhere you like. An Android tablet or smartphone will not work with iTunes movie purchases, unless you remove DRM protections from them with Best DRM removal software

7. Your rights with the movie purchase.
You can transfer to five computers (Windows or Mac), sync with Apple portable devices like iPads, iPhones and iPods, and burn to DVD for data archiving- the data DVD can not be played by DVD player. You can also sync to up to five Apple TVs.

8. Surround Sounds.
Movies include audio which is encoded using Dolby Surround which delivers multichannel audio when played using Dolby Pro Logic systems. All iTunes store movies are not having surround sounds.

9. Restriction.
Apple uses DRM (Digital Right Managemet) to protect their copy-right. DRM is a technology used by content providers to control how the digital music and video files you obtain from them are used and distributed. This prevent you from watching iTunes movie purchase with an Android tablet and phone, streaming iTunes movie with PS3 and Xbox, burning the movie for playing with a DVD player, or use the movie on any other unauthorized devices.

10. DRM Removal.
DRM-removing tool varies. A recommend one is Pavtube iTunes DRM Files Converter, a recent release handling iTunes DRM-protected videos and Windows Media DRM contents.
