How to use TableLayOut and how to navigate to next screen

Hi friends,
hope you all are fine and also are in your best of moods.

I recenlty start to learn Android Technology.
I found some difficulties in displaying TableLayout.
I also dont know how to navigate from one screen to next screen.

So if You know kindly share your idea with me.

And also suggest me site from which i will get all basic tutorials with downloading source cosde facilities.

y can use intent for it
Intent intent=new Intent(this,<forwad class name>.class);
startActicvity(intent);
