Dynamically Scrolling an EditText

Postby S3bast1an » Wed Dec 23, 2009 12:31 pm

Hello,

I have a small GPS-Tracker program.
I want to write down every GPS-fix to a list, using a EditText.
I simply add the fix in a new line to the existing content/text of the EditText.

But after some lines, the EditText is "full" and newly added lines are added but the view stays the same.
A scrollbar appears, but I have to scroll manually to see the latest information.

How can I scroll the EditText to the end of the text programatically?
Any idea? Or is there a "scrollToTheEndOfTheCurrentText"-property I havent found (still searching)

Merry Christmas everyone
S.
