I'm a begginer in Android development and would like to know which scales do you use to define your layouts and views. Any tips regarding this matter are very welcomed.

Android uses few scales they r : pixel(px), dp, inches, etc
if u set width of layout , u can use android:layout_width="320px", here layout width is 320 pixel, like u can use other scales.
