Coding for Aspect Ratio

I'm working on a game that's screen size independent. I'm hard-coding the height of the game world and letting the width be decided by the screen's aspect ratio so that images don't get distorted. I'm curious as to what the aspect ratio distribution among android devices Gingerbread (2.3) and up are.

What is the most square aspect ratio? Most rectangular? Most popular?

All I can find is this page talking about long and notlong aspect ratios, but there's no specifics. The table near the bottom of that page seems to only be talking about emulators, not real world devices.
