I m facing one problem my application contains many screens which i broke up into activities… now using this approach suppose i create first splash screen which does the initialization tasks.. then i load the next activity…. but now if the user presses the back button the splash screen is appeared again and user can do nothing except quiting it….
how should i handle this specific thing ….thanx again

From the SplashActivity start the first activity and call finish(), wont that work?

Yah that works....thanx that was.simple.....
Here is another problem....
I have create a StorageManger Singleton Class which stores and retrieve my data and files through multple activities .....we need to pass this reference of an activity to StorageManager when ever need to read or write a file as the Context reference....
Now when i keep my files in MODE_PRIVATE....how files can be shared between multiple activites of the same application

in other words... can i pass the application reference as the Context reference to StorageManager class...
