Admob in layout

Postby roly » Fri Jan 01, 2010 10:48 pm

Hi,
I'm trying to add an admob widget in my app...
I've added this in my layout:

Syntax: [ Download ] [ Hide ]
Using xml Syntax Highlighting
  1.
  2.
  3. <com.admob.android.ads.AdView
  4.
  5.                 android:id="@+id/ad"
  6.
  7.                 android:layout_width="fill_parent"
  8.
  9.                 android:layout_height="wrap_content"
  10.
  11.                 android:layout_alignParentBottom="true"
  12.
  13.                 app:backgroundColor="#000"
  14.
  15.                 app:textColor="#FFF"
  16.
  17.                 app:keywords="Android"
  18.
  19.                 app:testing="true"
  20.
  21. />
Parsed in 0.001 seconds, using GeSHi 1.0.8.4

It works when app:testing="true" but it only prints a test.
When app:testing="false" I have nothing

I don't know what i can do ...
Note: My app has internet permission.

U need to add publisher id for you app in AndroidManifest.xml file, under the application tag, one can generate publisher id from AdMob site by registering application for which you are going to show AdMob,
http://helpcenter.admob.com/content/psk ... androidsdk

e.g.<!-- The application's publisher ID assigned by AdMob -->
<meta-data android:value="a1496ced2842262" android:name="ADMOB_PUBLISHER_ID" />
