What is the URL of the old Android plugin?

What is the URL of the old Android plugin? When I use this plugin URL https://dl-ssl.google.com/android/eclipse/ I get the new Plugin which requires the new SDK. I like to use the Old SDK so what URL can I use to install the old plugin?

Download the required plugin and install it from you computer.

I would strongly urge using the latest SDK, when newer releases are made it will be much easier to jump up one version than several at a time.
