Basically didn't install when i downloaded it from the market. Not sure what happened, maybe the signer requires another step, but the documentation said if I got it to sign, it would work. I went through the whole signing process with automated creation of the key, and signed it.. uploaded it, and it didn't work. You can try D/Ling it from market, search for Super Sexy Elite Agent.

I got it on the market! Woot! I don't know what i did, i just changed the package name and uploaded a brand new version of it, with a brand new key.. and that worked for some reason.
