I'm sure all off non-essential programs (so basically only Norton + Skype works)
I run "adb logcat" and then run the Eclipse program (no service), then wait.
You can keep the monitor responsible for establishing programs that are CPU% and the size of VM.
Then wait (and wait and wait) to check logcat screen - if it works, that's fine - unless you delete the emulator and try again. Most of the time the application is started without pressing the menu button. You must click OK, some error messages that begin with the alarm. Then you must run!
