Question: is there anyway I can download apk and install apk and run apk using coding???

Hello sit06603,

yes there is :)
TrackDroid :arrow: http://www.anddev.org/viewtopic.php?t=1605 is doing such things. (maybe ask them)

Anyway I'm sure there will be a possiblity by Google that does such things too, as "adb install xyz.apk" is not what end-users want to see.
