Problems with SdkLib when building ADT plugins

Hi

I am following the instructions found under development/tools/eclipse/plugins to build the ADT plugins for cupcake. Everything works fine except it is missing the "required java project SdkLib and SdkLibUI". Is there some java project that must be imported to eclipse or?
