I was following the instructions at dev.android.com to get the dev environment setup. the ADT offered to install the Android SDK. I already had it downloaded like the instructions said to, so I configured it to use that, and now it's
saying it is unable to find some tools. It popped up a message in Eclipse. I don't remember exactly what it said, but in the eclipse console tab, I have these two errors. I am using Linux, and I have the SDK extracted under a hidden directory in my home folder.

I just looked under android-sdk-linux/platforms and it's empty. My download was not corrupt. I do not have a platform-tools directory. Help please.
Edit: The file I downloaded was this one.
