Problem with my app on the android market

Hey,

I was just wondering could anyone help me out with this problem I can't seem to get past it.

I have signed my .apk the correct way by exporting an unsigned package on eclipse and using keytool and jarsigner, and then I upload it to thew marketplace and publish it but people who try and install it are getting a few errors such as

"Package apk is not signed correctly"

"Installation error - Unknown reason 102"

Could anyone tell me where I'm going wrong?

Thanks
