New install of Eclipse not opening my workspace files

Postby stevehusting » Wed Apr 20, 2011 9:46 pm

I received a new Mac. I copied all my workspace files to the new Mac from my first Mac.
I downloaded Eclipse and ADT and installed them. In Eclipse, I pointed the workspace folder to the folder mentioned earlier.

When I open Eclipse, it doesn't see the files in the new workspace folder. Also, I don't know which file to double-click on in the workspace folder to open the project in Eclipse.

Clicking on New/ Import and choosing the new /workspace folder returns with, "No projects are found to import."

Thanks for any help you can give.

Hey stevehusting,

Welcome to the Android Forums,
Well you can open the existing projects in the eclipse by following the steps below:
1. You click on the File
2. Import
3. General -> Existing Project in workspace
4. Follow the instructions

Please check if this can help you.
Thanks with Regards,
