Are you saying that you are using the multi language inside your app?

I will recommend you to develop the app in one unique language like the while app in English or French.
Why are you mixing the two?

Actually i am just handling the views and controllers in the app , white models are coming from a web service in xml format , and in the xml is partially english and french . Well i able to resolve this issue , string in java is uni code supported , so when you download xml into inputstream , encode it into "UTF-8" like

String myEncodingString = new String(input.getByte(),"UTF-8");

for TextView , encode string anywhere before setText() , and for ListView encode content of Array which is to be put into setAdapter .
