Prompt email responses to my questions and concerns convinced me to take a chance and make a purchase. The webcams arrived 2 weeks after my order was submitted, and are as advertised. I am very happy in my dealing with Mixmelot. They also have some very nice iPhone 5 Accessories that I am thinking of buying.
