where is best to install the android sdk and it's components, so that it can work with the java runtime environment?
please help soon as you can to complete my project...

1. You have to download the android SDK and then copy the same in the PC and set the path inside the environmental variables, what do you mean by the offline download?

2. After installing/setting the Android SDK, you need to download the ADT (Android Development Tool), using the eclipse.
