Hwo to Update Sdcard - To Images downloaded by Android App.

HI ,

I downloaded 2 Images from Server n stored those files in sdCard.
i can again access those file from sdcard Through application which i used to download.

But i cant see those Images in android System - Gallery.
After reboot or use USB Connect Mount and TurnOff only i can see those file.

Same for Delete .

I deleted some images using my Android Application.

But that Images r still in Android Menu --> gallery-->Sdcard-->

Can any one help me on this
