how to load video files into android emulator

I have used ddms to push video file into sdcard.But i can't Get the video file in emulator .So how can we get that?
Please help me.

As you specified that you uploaded some media files into SdCard but unable to see them....
I think u might not have updated them into the emulator...
Can you please follow these steps:-
1) Run emulator.exe
2) Go to Dev Tools
3) Click on Media scanner. If some files were pushed to SD card then the files will be updated into emulator and changes will be reflected.
