how to end (finish) debug mode?

because the action ( or process?) is alive even if I press 'back' button or 'home' button, I can not finish debugging.
'continue' arrow button is alive till exit from eclipse and emulator.

how can I finish debug mode ?

OR

how can I 'really' end application on simulator? ( remain no process)
