I conld't able to open any java or XML files in eclipse. Whenevrr i open the files its showing an error that,

an internal error occured while showing an internal error.
you are recommended to exit the workbench
subsequent errors may happen and may terminate the workbench without warning. See the .log file for more details

Please help me friends, How to aolve the issue?
Its very urgent. Here i attached the screenshot of error message.

Start Eclipse with more memory... i.e.
"D:\Program Files\eclipse-jee-galileo\eclipse.exe" -Xms256M -Xmx712M

Thanks for your kind reply. I solved the issue by reinstalling eclipse
