i installed correctly(seems correctly) sdk and eclipse and emulater and everything, but when i want to install a apk file in tools to my emulator , by "adb install apk" it gives me error of "error:no device" , i restarted adb server but it didnt work, is there any idea?

u need to first start up the emulator and allow the emulator to load-up to run the adb commands, otherwise it throws error:no device
