In the 0.9 version of the SDK, I could get my sound to work by passing the command line argument

-audio oss

In the 1.0 version however, this doesn't work anymore. The changelog mentions that 1.0 now shows all available audio backends, unfortunately this doesn't work for me.

neither

-help-audio-out

nor

Code: Select all

-help-audio_out

provide me with a list of backends.
Anyone has the list of useable audio backends and/or tricks to make sound work on my Gentoo Linux installation?

For me doen't work the sound too.

I'm programming in Kubuntu 8.04.

But if I use:

emulator -audio-out oss

The sound works to increase and decrease the volume of the cell.
