there is an emulator(on the developer machine) that tries to connect to a server(xampp) that is on the developer machine.on the htdocs there is a .php fle that keeps track for the online users and knows the ip ,listening post ,and username of the clints.

i cannot manage to conect to emulator to the xampp server.please help
