the android-sdk-windows-1.0_r1 using in windows xp, it cannt be stoped, even cant kill it.. did anyone know this issue?

I don not have this problem, but the emulator always crashes, when I exit it in Vista.

As for the kill problem: Use linux :p. Though I never had problems not being able to kill an app.

Normally I get Adb Connection error on emulator.
it will try to connect for 11 times before it stop trying and it will work normally.
if it does not stop at 11 attempts, close emulator -> go task manager -> endtask 'adb.exe' -> restart emulator.
