Cannot push file to SD card

Cannot push file to SD card

i try to push the file to SDCard using adp push command and DDMS in eclipse as well
both the case i am getting Readonly system

when i checked the file explorer its show d---rwxr-x

Anyone can help me how to change this

I am using Android SDK + eclipse in windows enviornment
