When I select the database file in application package in file explorer, device will disappear. And whole content like data ,sdcard, system will disappear.Why this is happening?Please help me to resolve this problem.

Try removing the DB from the handset/emulator by uninstalling the application via Manage Application.

Also:

adb -s emulator-5554 shell
cd /data/data/<packagename>/databases/

After that command you should see a list of the databases. To remove a database use the command rm
