Android Source code debugging

Postby jjedwardsja » Tue Dec 15, 2009 6:23 am

Does anyone here work on the android source code itself? I would love to submit a few performance patches in certain areas of android but I have no clue how to test my work. I read the documentation on source.android.com but they skip the area on how to run a partial build and run the patched code in the emulator. Does anyone have experience on this?
