Android project - command line compilation

Postby Macok » Thu Jun 09, 2011 12:29 am

Hello, I'm new to android programming and I'm trying to compile android project's stub using command line.
I have already successfully compiled hello world example on my machine (running Slackware 13) using eclipse, but now I'd like to do it step by step using only command line tools, to better understand compilation process :)

First, I have generated project's stub using "android create project" command, but what's the next step?
I guess now I should generate file using aapt tool, but I don't know how to use it.

Thanks in advance for any kind of help :)
