Sync iTunes Movies to Galaxy Tab

Hi, I want to find a tool to convert the iTunes downloads to MP4 formats to play on my Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1. I searched the Internet and found some software that claims to do so. One of them is Tune4mac M4V Converter. I downloaded the trial version and it worked. But I think it's a little expensive. Anyone knows some cheaper software like that? Free is best. I'm using a Mac. Thx.
