Samsung Galaxy Nexus Eclipse/ADB not working

Samsung Galaxy Nexus Eclipse/ADB not working

Postby KarlKarlsom » Thu Dec 29, 2011 9:57 pm

Hi,
I just wanted to connect a Galaxy Nexus and Debug my app. But it cant find a way to get it working.
Whatever I do I get the following:
DeviceMonitor] Failed to start monitoring

ADB shows my device as offline.
But file transfer is working when I connect the device (I transfered a picture from SD card).

I downloaded the latest USB driver from Samsung. I reinstalled (and of course restarted) several times.
Nothing seems to solve the Problem.

During I googled this problem I found this thread on Stakoverflow.
http://stackoverflow.com/questions/8651 ... 84#8673084

Seem I am not the only one. But there is up until now no solution found.

Anybody any other ideas?

Thanks.

If your file transfer is working you are not able to connect then you can format your SD card and reinstall that app, because if the app is not installed properly and you are running then it can give error like this.

Another way is to get drivers for usb as well as for your smart-phone and reinstall.
