I hope so! :)
And this is why we have more features then just install/remove.
First is the search. Plain search queries - no big deal :) But it is also looking for programs that match your phone platform and capabilities of the device you have. Or limit your search to free software only.
We also give user he possibility to do the same software management tasks from his site account. It would be nice to see the history of software you had/have installed on a specific device. And it is going to get more useful then it will come to commercial software. Like managing software licences for end-users.
Or imagine you have lost/broken your device and you need to restore all the software and licences you had. We can help then :) automagically.
We are also trying to make it useful for developers, by making their software as "available" as it is possible for end-users. We also take the task of hosting and delivering updates to devices. We are working on establishing billing infrastructure for commercializing android software.
We are working on ... [gotta stop evangelizing here :)]
Finally, yes, what we do is not "absolutely" new. Every functionality we have exists now and is implemented somewhere in some manner. But we want to combine it so it will be useful for everybody.
p.s. we are still working on new features so some of the above are not yet available to public.
but stay tuned :)

I like it.
