Where is QuanWei?

Postby Raffy » Thu Sep 03, 2009 9:01 am

I am interested in this application, but can not find it in the Market. Is it a paid app? (I am in China and can not see Paid Apps).

Try installing market-enabler (link here) and then you should be able to see the app in the Market and buy it ;)

Please try these steps and let me know if it works for you:

1) Install Market Enabler

2) Open it from the application drawer

3) Tap on the "Settings list" tab

4) Long-press on "[us] T-Mobile (T-Mobile)" and tap on "fake this provider now"

5) Press the Back button to exit

6) Open the Android Market and search for a paid app

Sorry, no change. Based on entries at the developer's site, the phone needs to be "rooted", but I have not had time for that yet. In any case, I have been in contact with the QuanWei developer and have arranged to get the app directly. Thanks for the assistance.
