I found this as a suggestion at androidforums.com. What they wanted was a app that allows them to scan bar codes and have the phone create a list of cds, movies, and books for them. I started development and am to a point where i want some other people to test it out. As of right now it doesnt organize anything all it does is scan a barcode, grab what it is off the iternet and add it to a list. I would like some people to test it out and make sure it's working and not crashing (i cant get it to crash so im hoping its working). Also if anyone has any ideas on what they would like to see come from this app let me know.

NOTE: This requires Barcode Scanner from the market to work!

EDIT: Update already now it only will accept DVDs. It displays a message if it isnt a DVD.

Odd question, could someone provide me with a UPC off any VHS tape? I need a UPC to add support for VHSs but i don't own any VHSs

Updated version added to first post.

This is just another step toward a complete app!

Changes have it so when you open the scan option you can keep scanning till you hit the back key on your phone. This way you dont have to keep hitting scan.

The program searchs two large databases of UPC codes for movies.

This version is still only supporting DVDs. More options coming soon!

Anyone have any suggestions for what they would like to see in this app?
