"Kid Spend Control" is a program for limiting the time duration of outgoing phone calls. Limits the amount of time (in minutes) of outgoing calls in daily and monthly basis. I wrote it with the idea of controlling of non responsible persons (like children) and to protect the parent from surprises in phone bill.
