How much is an app download worth?

Postby Sambo » Thu Aug 26, 2010 11:47 pm

I know for many apps not too long after publishing they are buried under other incoming apps to the market. For smaller shops and smaller advertising budgets (if any) it's a big challenge to get noticed. Has anyone else considered using a service like tapjoy offers where you can purchase unique device / people downloads in bulk? Does anyone have experience with doing this and if you do not mind can you share your result?

thanks!
