Emergency Button is a personal security system. After pushing the Button a message will be broadcasted to the ICE-addresses you entered, which will be warned that something is going on.
This emergency broadcast will be sent by SMS and email, and contains your personal message. The email will also contain your last known GPS coordinates in the form of a Google Maps link.
