You probably won't read this, but I'm digging it.

I do wish there was a quick tutorial at the begging, even though you can figure out the game in about 2 minutes or less. The tutorial just helps you feel like you are not dropped into the middle of something unprepared.

Otherwise, it's a fun little game.

Bosses. That's a good thought.. Wouldn't be very hard to implement either. Your probably right about the tutorial too, I've had another person say the same thing (there's a pretty good help screen under menu though, if your still confused about something)

I'm planning releasing weekly/monthly updates for a while, so this feedback is really helpful. Glad you like it! Spread the word

Haha, thought you wouldn't be following this thread. "Do not judge a book by it's post-count," as they say.

In any case, knowing that you are taking feedback so seriously, may I also suggest a more integrated / global high score system? As well as psychedelic trance music (this game reminds me, graphically / stylistically, of Osmos, which succeeded in setting that mindset.)

Some other cool ideas would be to make a "shake" feature purchasable in the Pharmacy (shake the android to send the bacteria zooming all over the screen) or a tilt feature, as well. I'm really digging the Pharmacy, btw, if you couldn't guess - I like the balance between getting small but effective powerups in the short-run, or attempting to save for larger global bonuses.

Thanks! Yes, all comments are very helpful - I'm planning on releasing Bacterium for the Blackberry and iphone markets in the next few months, but will definitely do some modifications first.

Trance music, yes! I actually did put some in the background at one point, but I ended up taking it out to save space (and I feel like most people mute game music anyway).. I had been thinking about a shake feature too - if its not too hard to implement, I'll send it out with an update. I left out a highscore system just to try and keep it simple (this is the first game I've published), but that will definitely be a feature in one of my next games.

I actually hadn't seen Osmosis until one of my friends pointed out that my game looks similar.. That's a really cool game.

Thanks for the suggestions!
