Game Editor for Android

Postby makslane » Tue Oct 28, 2008 12:17 am

Hi all,

I'm the developer of the Game Editor (game-editor.com)
The Game Editor code is now available for anyone.

In Game Editor there a linux based engine, for ARM processor, for the GP2X
device and I think can be possible use this engine as base to make an
Android port.

I've started the port (by making the configuration files and), but If
someone want to see the code and make an Android port of the engine, will
be welcome :-)

You can get the code at:
http://code.game-editor.com

Look some Android observations at:
http://code.game-editor.com/ticket/5

Thanks,
Makslane

I suppose you do know Android only allows java developed application at the moment? As your gp2x client probably is written in C(++).

That's true. However, I do not believe a lot of people are doing this.
