Android on ARM9 240MHz - is this sufficient ?

Hello All,

I have a board with ARM9 running @ 240MHz with DSP for running audio and other codecs.
Is this horsepower sufficient for running Android on to it ? I do not need any mobile functionality, only WiFi with browser. The user experience with the browser has to be sufficiently good.
